Thomas Sasse is a Partner Lawyer and an International Banker. He advises multi-national clients in Germany, Europe, Asia, and the USA.
Thomas’ background as a former Managing Director and internationally experienced business leader helps to create commercially viable and legally sound solutions for clients and their business partners. He respects integrity of individuals and values diversity. He believes understanding transculturality is important in achieving goals in an international business environment, no matter how complex they appear to be.
Thomas’ track record includes the support of dematerialization of the Indian Stock Market as the Head of Securities Custody Services of Deutsche Bank and as an Executive Board Member of the NSDL, Mumbai. He was on the Advisory Committee of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for the regulation of short selling in the Indian Stock Market. Mr. Sasse offers on-going corporate legal advice on all business aspects, including incorporation, M&As as well as representation in international arbitration and litigation cases to several Indian and other foreign companies doing business in Germany and vice-versa. He studied Law, Sinology and Japanese at the Universities of Würzburg and Freiburg. He was admitted to the German Bar in 1988.
